Sean’s ability to embrace the moment and find ways to make things happen in a variety of circumstances are a force that helps facilitate the flow of the creative energy of Integrated Work. He is the Business Operations Lead, tending to the connective tissue of operations in the Denver and Boulder locations. He brings both a sense of humor and common sense to his work.
Sean has utilized his skills in a variety of settings, ranging from a large law firm in the Southeast to a locally owned company in Erie, Colorado, always seeking ways to increase productivity and profitability while creating meaningful connections with co-workers and clients alike.
After spending most of his life living in the Carolinas, Sean decided to trade the swamp for the foothills. Since moving to Boulder in 2011 and making his way to Lyons in 2017, Sean has embraced the transition from a policy-driven environment to a human first community in a number of business settings. His appreciation for agile, fluid business systems and the ability to respond to client needs keeps him excited about the possibilities at Integrated Work.
It was a long road from Charleston to Lyons but it has been worth every mile. When Sean and his wife decided to pack up the dog and head out west, he brought with him a love of basketball and bar-b-que and found a love of mountain air, music, and open spaces. They could only hope that the risk would be worth the reward. It has been.
Sean spends his time camping, hiking, fishing, and playing music. He looks forward to continuing to expand his horizons and to focus on the simple things in life.
She loves helping companies build, rebuild, reorganize and perfect their operational and financial systems and takes a personal interest in their success. At Integrated Work, Michelle has grown her contribution over several years, helping us build solid financial systems that will support us as we scale and providing wise counsel and advisory support along the way.
When she is not working with numbers, Michelle takes advantage of living in this amazing state. She hikes, drives the curving mountain roads, and brings her camera out to capture its beauty.
