Celebrating 25 Years of Growth at Integrated Work
As Integrated Work marks its 25th anniversary this April, we celebrate how our past continues to shape our future as a human-first business that aims to serve as a force for good in partnership with clients. Through the years, our woman-owned and women-led business has grown to provide consulting services for building high-performing teams, providing retreat planning and facilitation, assisting with purpose-driven strategic planning, and empowering the next generation of diverse leaders to succeed.
Integrated Work Earns B Corporation Certification
Integrated Work announced its certification as an official B Corporation (B Corp) today. With this recognition, the firm joins more than 6,000 B Corps across 159 industries located in 88 countries around the world that are using the power of business to build a more inclusive and sustainable economy.

The Role of Space-based Technologies in Healthcare on Earth
In April of 2020, Integrated Work had the honor of partnering with the International Space University to develop a virtual offering that would fill the gap left by not being able to offer their regular summer program on campus in Strasbourg, France. The findings from the work that the cohort of nearly 90 space-professionals from all over the world accomplished, focused on the role of space-based technologies in addressing and remediating health crises on earth, were recently published in Nature Medicine.
2021 Integrated Work Retreat
In 2020, Integrated Work began to explore what it would mean to move into a self-management structure. We evolved from using Holacracy to a human-first model we call KOAN: a kind, open, adaptive network. At our September 2021 staff retreat, our first in-person time together since the adoption of KOAN, (don’t worry, we were all vaccinated and masked), we lived into our KOAN principles in how we behaved together and in the way we designed the time we shared.
