Just because you are working from home doesn’t mean you don’t need to take time to stretch! Actually, you might need a stretch break even more. Stretching is known to help relieve tension – which may be especially helpful if you are spending your day on back to back video calls, juggling work and kid duty or if you are sitting at your desk for hours. Here at Integrated Work, we recognize the importance of taking breaks from our screens as well as taking a few minutes to stretch. Here’s a short list of quick and simple stretches to get you started. Feel free to share them with your virtual co-workers – they may need a break as much as you do!
