Given the events of recent days, the team at Integrated Work continues to explore resources to deepen our collective understanding of the role of racism in our culture, and to help support meaningful conversations that can help us all make progress toward the creation of equity.  Mike Biselli, who has been catalyzing a movement to reimagine healthcare, recently hosted a  compelling podcast “Confronting Systemic Racism in Healthcare” featuring industry expert Duane Elliot Reynolds. Reynolds not only shares an illuminating historical perspective on racism in health care, but also highlights how Value Based Care can help to walk us toward a more equitable, and profitable health care system. He goes on to suggest that reflection and change is needed at the individual as well as an organizational level.  Listen to the podcast here.
