Leveraging the Power of We

At Integrated Work we partner with leaders in socially-conscious organizations and associations who want to increase their collective impact in innovative ways by leveraging the power of human connection.  For more than 20 years, we have been owned and led by women and we know firsthand the power of peer-to-peer learning and being surrounded by a community that supports, challenges, motivates and encourages us to bring our best to work every day.  Dr. Jennifer Simpson stepped into the role of President here last September and has just co-authored a powerful piece on the ”Power of We” to improve women’s chance of success in leadership roles and grow the succession pipeline.  Along with Emerging Women CEO Chantal Pierrat, Jennifer demonstrates the power of gender-diverse teams to increase organizational performance and shows why traditional mentoring programs fail, and what works better to support women’s success and help organizations of all kinds thrive.

“Having friends or colleagues on the journey with us can connect us … to peer communities where others are dealing with similar challenges. When humans face tough stuff, being connected and accountable to one another can mean the difference between moving past our fear or letting it undermine us.”Jessica G. Hartung, Founder
