Note:
All event costs are paid for by the Bureau of Primary Health Care with the exception of food and beverage service. Your $175 registration fee covers the cost of one (1) lunch, snacks, beverages, and catering support. Breakfast will be on your own and an informal reception and small-group dining options will be provided and will be at your own expense.
