Leading into the Future with Heart

Technological disruption is now the norm.  With constant change and economic uncertainty, how can leaders prepare for the future?  This short video by Futurist Speaker Gerd Leonhard suggests that it is our humanity that will allow us to drive change, rather than being driven by it. We must challenge ourselves to lean into our creativity, our emotional capacity and our ethics so that we may create innovative, worthwhile experiences that both allow us to embrace and transcend technology.
