Social

We center Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in everything we do. The JEDI WAY guides our everyday behavior both internally with each other and externally with our clients. For us, difference is a source of strength, creativity, and innovation. We integrate diverse ideas, perspectives, and values to magnify our work. Whether it’s working with clients or each other, our JEDI values guide our hearts, minds, and actions.

Our work: We only work with mission-driven organizations, the majority of which are in health and human services, supporting the environment, and education.

Living wage: We value pay equity, our lowest paid full time equivalent staff member is compensated at an hourly rate well above the state’s minimum individual living wage.

Benefits: All employees who average over 20 hours a week have health and 401K benefits.

Diversity: 65% of our workforce identifies as a racial or ethnic minority.

Volunteer: Integrated Work supports employees to contribute to the community by offering paid time to volunteer for important causes on a pro bono basis.

Woman-Owned: As a proudly woman-owned company, 87.5% of our team identifies as women, and our leadership team is 83.3% women.

Employee Engagement: All employees take advantage of regular learning sessions on a range of topics and have opportunities to lead areas of influence.

Environmental

Supporting environmental work takes these current forms:

Our work: We have an entire line of business dedicated to working with environmental causes and issues. Environmental clients include The Nature Conservancy, Earth Justice, Floodplains by Design, and Green Schools National Network to name a few. We also host a Peer Learning Team on Environmental Health for the Bureau of Primary Care (US Department of Health and Human Services).

The Carbon Almanac: a large percentage of our team supported the writing, production, and current promotion of The Carbon Almanac, an all-volunteer effort that provides information and resources to stimulate action toward a beneficial shift in our environmental trajectory.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): The B Corp community has committed to using the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as key progress metrics. We are in the process of conducting a baseline assessment of the company using the B Corp UN SDG Action Planner and are actively mapping our organization’s strategic objectives to the Goals.

Recycling, energy efficiency, and composting: Our Boulder office uses smart lighting and climate controls ensuring to reduce our energy consumption. We recycle and compost carefully to reduce our waste stream.
