We center Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in everything we do. The JEDI WAY guides our everyday behavior both internally with each other and externally with our clients. For us, difference is a source of strength, creativity, and innovation. We integrate diverse ideas, perspectives, and values to magnify our work.

We put our diverse humanity and that of our clients first in all that we do. We know that we do our best work when we show up with compassion and a sense of humor.

We work to serve those we have the privilege to partner with, with a shared sense of what is just and equitable.

We are both candid and caring in every interaction. We tell the truth with love because it deepens trust and creates a strong sense of belonging.

Living our ideals in practice
In 2020, we began a journey to self-management that will allow us to live ever more fully into these ideals. Building on models like holacracy, sociocracy, and Teal organizations, we operate as a Kind, Open, Adaptive, Network, or KOAN. You can learn more about the KOAN concept here.
