Nadia Ali (she/her) is an Executive Consultant and JEDI Co-lead at Integrated Work. Over the past two decades, her career has focused on working with non-profit organizations at the intersection of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) and systems innovation, healthcare, leadership development, and organizational culture. When approaching her work, Nadia uses a trauma-informed lens, therapeutic communication techniques, and adult learning principles. She draws from her lived experience and professional background by blending a deep understanding of racial equity, various leadership frameworks, and workplace dynamics. Nadia’s academic background includes studies in health policy and management, public health, and Spanish. Nadia is a graduate of New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and Rutgers University.
