That’s why we offer advising on non-traditional search strategies that tend to yield more diverse candidate pools, as well as support for your end-to-end candidate search.
Horizon 3: Transition well
Whether your new leader comes from within your organization or is identified through a search, their hire marks the beginning, not the end, of an important phase for your organization. We partner with the executive to set clear goals, build strong relationships with their executive teams and/or boards, and ensure they have the support in place to succeed.
