Diversity & Inclusive Leadership

Align your leadership with the most important issues of our time.

Amplify Your Impact

Integrated Work facilitates interactive sessions that explore concepts related to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Each session allows participants to learn more about the impacts of implicit bias, dig into the power dynamics of privilege and marginalization, and develop a deeper understanding of commonly used terms, such as micro-aggressions, intersectionality, equity, equality, inclusion, and diversity.

We offer this multi-week cohort experiential learning opportunity several times throughout the year. It can be tailored for your organization, or we can enroll participants individually.

JEDI Facilitation

From running internal meetings to bringing together external partners, all leaders facilitate, and how we facilitate matters as much as what we say.

A facilitation approach that promotes justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) is comprised of knowledge and skills that can be learned and practiced. Every time you facilitate a meeting, there are JEDI choices to make.

Integrated Work’s course in JEDI Facilitation is for anyone from any industry who leads or facilitates meetings. The session format can accommodate both large and small audience sizes and can be customized for your organizational needs.

“This is hands-down the best leadership training I have ever been a part of. The facilitators are MAGICAL. Thank you so very much.”

Seth Godin’s Thanksgiving Reader is one example and Oprah has compiled this list of 30 traditions to try with your family, while this article from Cultural Survival highlights strategies for decolonizing and honoring native peoples on Thanksgiving and throughout indigenous peoples’ month.

Beyond “Happy Holidays”: Religious Inclusivity in the Workplace

Religion can feel like a forbidden topic in the workplace, but it’s an important aspect of who we are and how we relate to each other.
