The JEDI Gym is your one-stop shop for learning and building your JEDI knowledge; exercising and strengthening your JEDI muscles; and creating a JEDI community with other JEDI journeyers.
From running internal meetings to bringing together external partners, all leaders facilitate, and how we facilitate matters as much as what we say.
A facilitation approach that promotes justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) is comprised of knowledge and skills that can be learned and practiced. Every time you facilitate a meeting, there are JEDI choices to make.
Integrated Work’s course in JEDI Facilitation is for anyone from any industry who leads or facilitates meetings. The session format can accommodate both large and small audience sizes and can be customized for your organizational needs.
Amplify Your Impact
Integrated Work facilitates interactive sessions that explore concepts related to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Each session allows participants to learn more about the impacts of implicit bias, dig into the power dynamics of privilege and marginalization, and develop a deeper understanding of commonly used terms, such as micro-aggressions, intersectionality, equity, equality, inclusion, and diversity.
We offer this multi-week cohort experiential learning opportunity several times throughout the year. It can be tailored for your organization, or we can enroll participants individually.
