Our inaugural cohort of Amplify Your Impact: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at work is currently underway. This 6-part leadership development series explores how to be an inclusive leader and invites leaders at all levels to understand what it really means to hold space for others, cultivate genuine curiosity and active listening skills while gaining a deeper understanding of how race impacts our roles as leaders.
We have a total of 9 participants and are collaborating with Affinity Arts Consulting, weaving a theatre-based approach as we explore topics related to identity, power, privilege, allyship, and belonging. Participants have been engaging with these topics with actors, facilitators, short videos, and more through large and small group discussions, self-reflection, and affinity groups.
Leaders in our program will walk away with skills to have courageous conversations, raised awareness around biases, a deeper understanding of their impact as a leader, and clarity on communication patterns that need to be disrupted.
