Boulder, CO- January 3, 2023– Integrated Work announced its certification as an official B Corporation (B Corp) today. With this recognition, the firm joins more than 6,000 B Corps across 159 industries located in 88 countries around the world that are using the power of business to build a more inclusive and sustainable economy.
Based in Boulder, CO since 1998, Integrated Work is a woman-owned women-led firm devoted to building a just and flourishing future in partnership with their clients. For nearly 25 years, they have provided leadership and organizational development services designed to help teams set clear direction and meet their mission in a human-first way. The “B” in B Corp stands for “Benefit for all,” and achieving this designation formalizes commitments that have been woven into the company’s DNA from the beginning.
Owner and CEO Dr. Jennifer Simpson said “Becoming a B Corp signals to the world that we’re serious about living our values in practice. The rigorous and highly selective process required the firm to complete a B-Impact assessment and demonstrate their adherence to principles and policies that value people and the planet alongside profit as a key driver of business success.
