Join a community of leaders ready to connect, innovate, and inspire through monthly explorations of the concepts behind the KOAN method, a new way of leading and organizing that invites us to use diversity and difference as fuel for innovation.
Leading change is hard, but breakthroughs are possible — and both easier and more fun when we are less alone.
Rooted in both ancient wisdom and cutting-edge research, the KOAN method: Breakthrough Leadership for a Divided World, by Integrated Work CEO Jennifer Lyn Simpson, offers an alternative model for evaluating and evolving how we come together as humans to solve the important issues facing our world today. The book makes the case for a new and better way of leading to help us shift from division — the things that keep us stuck and at odds with one another — to connection, where real innovation and breakthroughs happen.
To help visionary leaders collectively explore her book’s changemaking concepts and case studies, Jen is launching KOAN Conversations, a community and content series designed for leaders ready to connect, innovate and inspire.
The KOAN Conversations community will explore the concepts of the KOAN method together through a series of webinar conversations highlighting concepts from Jen’s book and content series, providing new ideas for leadership, team-building, conflict resolution, and more.
In each topical webinar, Jen and expert guests will provide exclusive, deeper explorations of these concepts and applications — offering real-world lessons and innovative practices for changemakers and providing a forum for shared conversations.
Join the next KOAN Conversation on Wednesday, February 28, with speaker, writer, podcaster, and workplace innovator Sophie Wade.
