Jessie Rountree (she/her) is an Executive Consultant at Integrated Work. Her nearly 20-year career includes experience in environmental non-profits, climate change philanthropy, and government funded public health. She is motivated by the complexity and urgency of global problems, which require us to work smarter by collaborating and learning together to advance just solutions.
Jessie is skilled in strategic planning, meeting design, relationship management, and facilitation. Her approach is centered in community and partnership building, creating spaces and teams that seek trust to inspire creativity and active learning. She is passionate about uniting diverse people around a shared purpose and creating processes and systems that are innovative, equitable, and lead to powerful results. Jessie received a M.S. in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco and a B.S. in Ecology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Kate Shervais (she/her) is a Senior Consultant and Business Development Lead at Integrated Work. Her decade-plus career in the non-profit, academic, and government sectors has included leading national collaboration programs, strategic planning, business planning, curriculum development, and content development. She takes the systems view, focused on creating space for innovative ideas that will have an impact across while incorporating key details to actually make those ideas work. Kate is a former geoscientist and environmental science educator who shifted from studying earth systems to consulting on organizational systems. She holds a Master of Science in Geoscience from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Earth and Environmental Science from Wesleyan University.
Jennifer Simpson (she/her) is Integrated Work's CEO and Owner. Her 30+ year career includes experience working in and with organizations across the private, public, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors to create more meaningful and effective ways of living and working together across differences; more than a decade of teaching university courses in communication, organizational culture, diversity, and leadership disciplines. Her passion and unique talents lie in highly personalized Executive Coaching and developing and delivering transformational experiences that help people amplify their impact by being more human, together. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University, a Masters and Doctorate from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and continues her own learning and development by regularly participating in immersive experiential leadership and JEDI programs.
Katie Scheck (she/her) is an Innovative Executive Assistant at Integrated work. Katie graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.A. in environmental studies before moving to Boulder, Colorado. She is passionate about reproductive health and strives every day to make a positive impact on the people around her. Katie is thrilled to support the compassionate work that the IW team centers in every aspect of their process. In her down time, Katie enjoys spending time outside in beautiful Colorado and listening to live music.
BB Pearson (she/her) is the Finance and Operations Lead at Integrated Work. With a decades-long career in finance and operational management, she supports the company’s fiscal wellbeing and operational excellence. She enjoys guiding the company forward by ensuring financial health today while preparing for a flourishing future.
BB’s career started as a professional pastry chef and business owner for many years. Her entry into the world of finance began by working for a CPA firm, but her real passion is working with companies who are mission-driven and ‘practice what they preach!’
BB has advanced degrees in both business and accounting and considers herself a lifelong learner. Learning something new is what gets her out of bed every day.
Sofia Gonzalez is a consultant and social media manager at Integrated Work. Her 5+ years of experience in media work and organizational leadership includes producing and reporting on stories focused on DEI at the local and national level; volunteering and consulting for organizations focused on equity and health care for Latino and immigrant communities. Sofia is passionate about developing leadership and innovation in organizations to help create a happier and more inspired workforce. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado Mesa University and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
As a trained cultural anthropologist, Moira Perez brings a unique perspective to her practice. She specializes in identifying organizational issues, developing creative solutions, and providing advice and support to executives and their teams through work on culture, communication, and change. With over 20 years of experience, Moira has helped organizations with strategic planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Moira has a Ph.D. from UC Berkeley. When she is not busy helping clients, Moira enjoys practicing yoga near her home office in the San Francisco Bay Area and traveling around the world with her family.
Nick Delgado (he/him/his) is the Design and Brand Manager at Integrated Work. He has over 10 years of combined experience in communication design, branding, marketing, IT support, and customer service. What he enjoys most about design is the ability to enrich lives and knowing it has the opportunity to impact many communities. Outside of work you can find Nick with an iced coffee in hand while riding a longboard. This is where he has his most creative thoughts and time to refresh. Nick received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Mary Rianoshek, (she/her) is the Quality Assurance Lead at Integrated Work. For over 20 years Mary’s work has been focused on the development of leaders and how to support them and their organizations in fulfilling their purpose together.
She lives by the mantra, “We can solve it from here.” Her intuitive sensibility, deep listening, and extensive experience allow her to bring all the right ingredients together to create business results that are apt and delightfully surprising.
Mary attended Northern Illinois University and has continued her personal and professional development by participating in varied leadership programs.
Dianne Dickerson is a Vice President and Executive Consultant at Integrated Work. For more than 35 years, she has worked with a wide variety of organizations across sectors to help them collaborate across differences in ways that are effective, engaging, and efficient while producing stellar results. Her areas of expertise include collaboration and interaction design, process improvement, coaching, coalition-building, and organizational development and design. She is inspired by creating opportunities to integrate needs so that work fulfills the organizational promise while being fulfilling for the individual. She is a lifelong learner and has received advanced training that furthers her interests and enhances her ability to serve clients. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University.
Amy Maranowicz (she/her) is an Executive Consultant and Coach. Her 20+ year career includes experience working in and with organizations across the private, public, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors to help individuals and organizations navigate and accelerate their journey to have a measurable and meaningful impact.
Amy’s passions and talents include coaching leaders, developing, and delivering experiences for clients to realize their ambitious goals. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach as well as a Certified Professional Coach through Executive Coaches College. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Regis University and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. She has expertise in Emotional Intelligence - EQi 2.0, 360 Degree Assessments, and DiSC.
Catherine Saar (she/her) is an Executive Consultant and Strategist at Integrated Work. She has over 15 years of experience leading and developing teams, coaching, and launching complex programs in multi-tiered organizations. Catherine excels at helping teams make courageous and impactful changes. Her skill at considering the whole business and the whole person enables her to work with challenging audiences to create an environment of collaboration where great results happen.
When she’s not at work, she volunteers as a restorative justice facilitator and a human rights commissioner in her local community. She also loves biking, yoga, and practices non-violent communication daily. Catherine has a BA in Economics and Communication from Stanford University, and an MBA from Andersen School of Management, UCLA. She is a lifelong learner, an ICF coach, and a certified Prosci® change management practitioner.
Joli Sakamoto is the Team Success Specialist at Integrated Work. Her 20+ years of experience include providing all-around support for team function, behind-the-scenes support, modeling our ideals, and going the extra mile. She enjoys building deep and meaningful relationships and is passionate about connecting with her teammates. Her excellent attention to detail and her effort in supporting our day-to-day operations ensures that our clients and staff feel welcome and well-prepared for what’s to come.
For more than 15 years, Anna has worked with Integrated Work on its human-centered organizational and leadership development initiatives focused on bringing more good into the world.
Anna’s work with organizations and individuals seeks to clarify purpose and intentions, leverage peer learning, design outcomes-driven solutions, and achieve desired impact. She is passionate about how the strength and well-being of individuals and teams contribute to organizational effectiveness. Anna is intrigued by stories—the experiences and learning that brought people to the present moment—and who they want to be in the future.
Anna has a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado-Boulder. She received her coaching education through the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.Anna lives with her family in Woodbury, Minnesota, just a bridge away from Wisconsin. In her free time, she is busy raising her kiddos, adventuring with her beloved, pursuing well-being, playing with her fur babies, or is contemplating the meaning of life.
